1. Atleast 3 -5  years of BA experience in IT area
2. Well versed in Agile and JIRA tool knowledge
3. Worked on requirement gathering documents and process flow diagrams
4. System API functional knowledge understanding and performing the role

1.      PEGA knowledge is a plus
