Overview

Introduction:
• To work in a team environment for processing various transactions based on instructions within agreed timelines with accuracy to consistently provide a high level customer service.
• To manage a large and diverse team of Process Associates working towards pre-defined targets
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents
• Assist the AVP in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.

What will you be doing?
• Process transactions in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy
• Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times.
• Knowledge about SWIFTS, IBAN, MT103 and MT202 instructions. Along with MT199, MT192 Mt292 etc.
• Constantly work on the process improvement agenda and contribute with ideas as may be relevant to the betterment of the process

What we’re looking for:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Must have knowledge of different Schemes, Channels and policies
• Knowledge of Swift messages, currencies / cut-offs etc.
• Should have familiarity about Payment Schemes and Swift messages and applications used like, Star SMS, GBS, BCBS, DM&W, QMS, GPP UK, GPP Europe, Swift-ref, SOLD, Full serve.
• Must have payment processing knowledge in different departments in GPP Europe.
• Detailed knowledge about MT103 and MT202 instructions Along with MT199, MT192 Mt292 etc.
• Cover matching knowledge is required for the role.
• Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly
• Knowledge of related risk and audits
• Demonstrate experience of workflow / queues management
• Working knowledge of Payments Systems and Procedures
• Ability to work within deadlines/customer demand
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Preferred candidate with understanding of risk and control processes- can be forwarded to next stage in absence of this

• Self-starter and self-motivated player, able to define structure and prioritise work for self and team, if required.
