Overview

 

As a Business Analyst,

you will work with our team to create analytical tools that will ultimately be a key driver in driving efficiency through KPIs.

The successful candidate will be able to:

· Effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance client and company needs.

· Develop process to effectively maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.

·

· Be successful in a delivery focused environment and determining the right processes to make the team successful.

· Partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision and strategy for customer experience on our platforms. Influence product/tech roadmaps based on this strategy along with your teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 1+ years of experience in financial/business analysis

· Experience with SQL or ETL

· Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role

· Advance degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics, Business or related discipline

· Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
